The Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos has granted Nigerian artist Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley N2million bail with two sureties in like sum.
Delivering a ruling on Thursday, Justice Nicholas Oweibo held that one of the sureties must be a public servant not less than grade level 10 in the Federal or State Civil Service.
He said the other surety must have a landed adequately within the court’s jurisdiction and must be verified by the court.

He, after that, fixed the trial for October 22, 23, and 24, after the court’s annual vacation.
