The non-payment of the match bonuses and allowances of the flying eagles of Nigeria by the Nigeria football federation has led to a protest by the players and have failed to leave Poland until they are paid.
The Nigeria Under-20 were eliminated on Monday after a 2-1 defeat to Senegal in the round of 16 of the ongoing FIFA under-20 World Cup.
It was reported that the players had not received their allowances and match bonuses for their World Cup participation.

The players stay put up to Wednesday morning and have determined not to leave the hotel until they’re paid.
