The Super Eagles of Nigeria have reached the quarter-final of the 32nd African Cup of Nation after an outstanding victory over Cameroon on Saturday.
Nigeria opens the lead with Ighalo rebounds in the 19th minute before Cameroon replied with two goals close to the end of The first half.
With the match looking slipping away from the Nigerian in the second half, coach Gernot Rohr brilliant substitute, Younglad Samuel Chukwueze in the 60th minute gave the Cameroonian a scare.
This Led to an equalising goal by Ighalo in the 63rd minute before Alex Iwobi gave the third and winning goal in the 66th minute with a brilliant assist from Ighalo.
