The former vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has hit at the President Muhammad Buhari led administration on Monday for trying to implicate the former President, Olusegun Obasanjo in order to stop him from criticizing his failure.
The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the February 2019 election, Atiku Abubakar, said this through his media aide in a statement also accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for misleading the media and trying to cause of fight between him and his former boss, as well as between his former boss and the mass.
Defending the allegations from EFCC, he said, his son-in-law, Mallam Babalele Abdullahi, never donated any money to the Olusegun Obasanjo Library.
Though, his son-in-law suggested the donation of N50m to the library.
He further said a lot of bodies made donations as well to the library.
