Donald Okonkwo, who is a ligitant, has filed a new case demanding the Abuja Federal High court to order British high commission to arrest Nnamdi Kanu, the indigenous people of Biafra and deport him to Nigeria.
The respondent attached to the suit filed on Monday were British High Commission, the Director-General of the Department of State Service and the Attorney-General of the Federation.
According to him, he said the trouble from Kanu and his groups, for example, the attack on the former senate deputy president and the threat on the president in Japan is causing serious scare on the Nigeria citizen both home and abroad.
He, therefore, appeal to the court, to order Britain to arrest and deport him, since he has been hiding under the umbrella of their citizenship since September 2017 and come to stand his trial for treasonable felony.
