Over N1.3trn Was Spent On Education In My First Tenure – Buhari

The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari said over N1.3trn has been spent to re-brand education sector which excludes money spent on overhead and personnel costs,  in the country by his administration since he became president.

According to Femi Adesina, the President Special Adviser on Media and Publicity on Thursday, he said, it’s so obvious and not hidden to anyone on the bad conditions the facilities and infrastructure in our universities and other institutions of higher learning are nothing to write about.

Therefore, President Muhammad Buhari led administration has place education on a high level of priority because it’s the foundation for any community development and tackles poverty in the country.
