Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist, Femi Falana, SAN has blasted Nigeria government over Omoyele Sowore’s detention and their plans to charge him.
Femi Falana has this to say, “Meanwhile, the man who’s accused of causing ‘Revolution’ is in detention, and many Nigerians have asked me, Femi, but that young man went too far, how can he be calling for a revolution.”

Femi Falana replied, “where is the offence? Under what section? Treason? under what criminal code?”
“I do hope that the government would not charge him, the government would be stupid to charge Sowore,” he added
“I won’t make a statement until I see my lawyer, Sowore told the DSS, and when asked who your lawyer is, he replied Femi Falana.”
