BREAKING: Court Grants Sowore Release On Bail

Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday has ordered the immediate release the convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Mr Omoyele Sowore, from the custody of the Department of State Service, after several hours of argument from the DSS lawyers and that of Sowore. 

According to the judge, sowore should be released to his lawyer, Mr Femi Falana (SAN), and must be ready to produce him for arraignment whenever he is needed.

The judge, however, requests for that the activist submit his international passport and other travelling documents within 48 hours so that he can be available when called for trials. 

The judgment was made on the basis that he has already been charged.
