President Muhammadu Buhari has travelled to New York to participate in the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in the United States of America.
Tolu Ogunlesi, Special Assistant on Digitial and New Media to the president, revealed Buhari’s travel plans, via his Twitter handle.
Ogunlesi said that the president would be speaking on the first day of the general assembly as the fifth speaker.
Ogunlesi tweeted, “President @MBuhari will this weekend leave for New York to participate in the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA74). He will be speaking on Day 1 of the General Debate (Speaker No. 5) – Sept 24, 2019.”
