Femi Falana, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria, has slammed the Department of State Services chief over claims that he’s yet to receive copies of the FCT high court order that directs the immediate release of Omoyele Sowore, the human activist and the convener of the revolution now protest.
Replying to the statement DSS spokesperson, Dr Peter Afunnaya, Falana revealed that one of the agency legal service department staff named, Ayuba Adam collected the said court order on September 25, 2019, at exactly 10:08 am.

The human rights lawyer queried the government for misleading the public instead of complying to the release Sowore since he has fulfilled the court bail condition.
Sowore was arrested on August 3 by the Department of State Service, and he spent more than 45 days in their custody, also charged with treason and insulting the president.
