Xenophobic Attacks: Close Up South Africa Company, Rep Orders FG

Chukwuma Umeoji, House of Representatives member, representing Aguata Federal Constituency of Anambra expressed his displeasure over the killing of Nigerians in South Africa and ordered the Federal Government to close up all South African company running in the country 

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party member, said this on Tuesday in Abuja.

According to him, the continuous xenophobic attacks against our brothers leaving in South Africa should be deep pain and worry to all Nigerians and her government.

He said such attacks are unpleasing in the ears that Nigerians are being killed, assaulted and harassed on regular occasion with a rumour of back up by their government. Meanwhile, our government is folding their hands, doing nothing. 

“The foreign policy we’re adopting must be reviewed to the recent happening in global politics. The new policy we should adopt is retaliatory. Retaliatory diplomacy should be used to lead for other African Nations. Our market is a strong weapon if use it strategically as a tool of diplomacy. The federal government without lingering shutdown South Africa businesses, as long as their government remains careless about the killing.”
