Fresh Xenophobic Attack As Nigerian Phone Repairer Murdered In South Africa | Reference Daily News

A Nigerian man has been murdered in KwaZulu Natal Province South Africa after an argument over a cell phone repairs.

The 41 years old Mr Ikenna Innocent Otugo owns a cellphone repair business in Empangeni, near Durban is an indigene of Egbengwu Village, Nimo in Anambra State.

According to reports from the Nigerian Community Leaders in the Area, Mr Boniface Chilo, a female customer who was displeased with the service offered to her and return with two men who attacked and stabbed the deceased during an argument and eventually died while been rushed to the hospital.

The two attackers are yet to be arrested as the police are on the investigation, according to the KwaZulu Natal chairman of the Nigerian Citizens Association South Africa, Mr Bartholomew Eziagulu.
